Please allow 2-5 days for your order to process.  Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.

Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. If you require expedited shipping, certain products have that option in special cases so please don't hesitate in contacting us for availability and pricing.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Rarely, depending on your location, your country's delivery courier may charge an additional fee. Please pay the fee to receive your order.
