Shipping and delivery
How long does it take?
Developer merch (print on demand) ships in 5 to 10 business days. Tech gadgets ship from partner warehouses in 8 to 22 business days. You get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Where do you ship from?
Depends on the product. Print on demand merch ships from regional facilities in the US, UK, or EU based on your address. Tech gadgets ship from partner warehouses in the US, Europe, and China.
Will my order arrive in one box?
Not always. If you buy a shirt and a projector, they're coming from different places. You'll get separate tracking numbers.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order.
Lost, late, or damaged
My tracking says delivered but I don't have it.
Check with neighbors and the front desk first. If it's still missing, email support@shopperez.com within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows delivery confirmed, the replacement cost falls on the customer. Carrier rules, not ours.
My package is actually lost.
Email support@shopperez.com within 4 weeks of estimated delivery and we'll cover the replacement.
It arrived damaged.
Send a photo to support@shopperez.com. We'll ship a replacement.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards through Stripe. PayPal Express Checkout. Shop Pay Installments for US customers. Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC).
Is my payment info secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's SSL encrypted platform. We never see or store your card number.
Returns and refunds
What's the return policy?
Print on demand merch is made for you after you order, so it can't be restocked. If there's a defect or a print error, we replace it. Send a photo to support@shopperez.com.
Tech gadgets can be returned within 30 days if unopened. Customer pays return shipping.
Sale items are final. No refunds on sale items.
Shop Pay Installments
Can I pay over time?
Yes, if you're in the US. Split orders into 4 biweekly payments at 0% APR, or monthly payments up to $17,500. No late fees. Missed payments can affect your credit score. Gift cards are not eligible.
