WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

- All items have a handling period before they are processed and shipped.
- 99% of orders are shipped within 2-5 days of purchase.

You will be updated when you order is shipped and provided with a tracking number.


WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Most of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located all over the world including the United States, Europe and China. In some Instances your item can take time to process through customs and take a few days longer for delivery depending on your location.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For quicker shipping, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
Please keep this in mind when getting your items. If you don't receive your full order at once, the rest will probably arrive soon after.

ARE MY PAYMENTS SECURE ON YOU SITE?

Yes, absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc on an encrypted SSL (Secured Socket Layer). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
All credit card payments are done through their payment provider Stripe. We also offer the option to checkout through PayPal Express Checkout at your convenience.

Refund Or Returns

We do not issue refunds on any of our Sale Items. 
All sales are final for sale items!

If you received an item that has been damaged please email us at: support@ShopperEZ.com

Please take pictures of any damaged items and send them to us by email so we can help get your a new item shipped out.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of the product(s) and ship a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with their local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
