Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Print on demand items kick off production on business days only.

Delivery estimates

Print on demand merch: 5 to 10 business days total (production plus shipping).
Tech gadgets: 8 to 22 business days depending on region.

These are estimates. Customs, weather, and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping cost

Free worldwide. No minimum.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Multi-item orders can arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking.

Address changes

Email support@shopperez.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, production may already be running and changes aren't always possible.

Duties and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes at delivery. These are set by your country's customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.
